Common early strengthening agents include calcium chloride, sodium chloride, mirabilite, gypsum, water glass, sodium aluminate, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium fluoride, triethanolamine, etc. Among them, chloride-based early-strength agents such as CaCl2 have good effects. In addition to improving the early strength of concrete, they also have accelerating and anti-freezing effects. 3.Usage

When using early-strength additives, the mixing ratio needs to be determined based on the strength grade of the concrete, construction environment, temperature and other factors, which is generally 1-3% of cement. At the same time, the mixing method should be the same as that of conventional concrete to ensure that the early strength agent is fully dispersed and avoid agglomeration. The ambient temperature of early strength agent should be above 5℃, and it is not suitable to be used in rainy season and high temperature season.
